The 28th annual General Convocation of Eastern University was held on October 5 and 6 at the Sellaiyah Memorial Hall of the university under the leadership of Chancellor Professor M. Selvarajah.
Consul General of Indian Consulate in Jaffna S. Sai Murali took part in the event as Chief Guest. During the two day sessions, 2340 graduates from who passed through both internally and external programmes were facilitated with graduate certificates. (Theva Athiran)
